[Bode Well] recently helped my family to envision, find, and purchase a new home we could call our own. This allowed us to feel comfortable listing and selling the house we loved but had outgrown. When my wife sat down to write a review, I realized it is also well past time to submit a review regarding the second home in Falmouth that Sara helped us purchase back in 2010. Without Sara, we wouldn't have it. My wife and I mentioned to Sara that we wanted to eventually own a house in Falmouth close to the ocean, saying this was something we hoped to be able to afford in about 10 years. Sara helped us to think outside the box and to find a few properties that made sense for us to consider right away. She eventually found a gorgeous house close to the ocean that was listed a short sale at a price well within our budget. Since it was a short sale and we needed to finance the property with a loan, there were many roadblocks along the way. Sara—much like a fairy godmother according to my daughter —managed every roadblock with skill and grace.

[Bode Well] has made the experience of finding a renter completely stress free. [They] coordinated everything with our current tenants, so we were not involved in the coordination of the showings at all.
